WOF Inspections in Waipū
Warrant of Fitness inspections for cars and light vehicles, done by a local team you can talk to.
What's included
A Warrant of Fitness (WOF) is a regular safety check that most light vehicles in New Zealand need to stay on the road. The inspection covers the key safety items on your vehicle, including:
- tyres, brakes, steering and suspension
- lights, indicators and reflectors
- seatbelts, airbags and doors
- windscreen, wipers and washers
- structural condition, including rust
- exhaust and fuel system leaks
If anything doesn't pass, we'll explain what needs fixing and can usually take care of it for you here in the workshop.
Why it matters
A current WOF keeps you legal, but more importantly it catches safety problems early — before they become expensive or dangerous. How often you need one depends on the age of your vehicle; we can tell you when yours is next due.
Based at 11 The Braigh, Waipu 0510 and serving Waipū, Mangawhai, Ruakākā, Bream Bay, Waipū Cove, Langs Beach, One Tree Point and wider Northland.
